1. Parties and acceptance
These Affiliate Program Terms (Terms) are between Find What's On Pty Ltd ACN 630 221 466 (FWO) and the person or entity accepted into the FWO Affiliate Program (Affiliate). By applying, accepting an invitation, using an affiliate link or participating in the program, the Affiliate agrees to these Terms.
2. Appointment
FWO appoints the Affiliate on a non-exclusive basis to introduce businesses to FWO. The Affiliate has no authority to bind FWO, enter contracts for FWO, collect payments for FWO or make promises that FWO has not approved in writing. FWO may accept or reject an application or referred business.
3. Referral links and 120-day attribution
FWO provides each Affiliate with a unique referral link. A referral is attributed to the Affiliate whose valid referral link was most recently used during the 120 days before the referred business's first eligible purchase. This is a last-touch attribution model.
Browser-based attribution requires the referred person to permit the necessary analytics cookies or browser storage and to keep them available. Clearing or blocking cookies, changing devices or browsers, using an untracked link, or purchasing after the 120-day window may prevent automatic attribution. A business that creates an account but does not complete an eligible purchase within the attribution window is not automatically commissionable unless FWO and Rewardful have already established a valid customer association.
Rewardful and FWO's verified payment records are the operational record for attribution. FWO may correct an attribution where there is clear evidence of error, fraud, self-referral, ownership overlap or abuse.
4. Eligible purchases
An Eligible Purchase is a completed purchase of FWO Credits made by a referred business through a Rewardful-enabled checkout and recorded by Rewardful as attributable to the Affiliate.
Ticketing fees, free services, refunds, reversals, chargebacks, disputed or fraudulent payments, test transactions, manually created payments, and products or payment paths that are not connected to Rewardful are not Eligible Purchases unless FWO confirms otherwise in writing. The Rewardful commission record is the operational record of the commissionable amount.
5. Commission rate and duration
The Affiliate earns 50% of the commissionable amount recorded by Rewardful for each Eligible Purchase after applicable discounts and adjustments.
The campaign is configured without a fixed maximum number of commissions per referred customer and without a fixed month limit. Later purchases can earn commission while the program remains active only when Rewardful continues to associate the referred customer and payment with the Affiliate. The 120-day cookie window governs initial browser-based attribution and does not itself guarantee that every future purchase will remain attributable.
Commission is not guaranteed. It is earned only on valid, tracked and approved Eligible Purchases.
6. Self-referrals and prohibited conduct
An Affiliate must not:
- use their own referral link for themselves or a business they own or control;
- refer a business with overlapping ownership, control or payment identity for the purpose of earning commission;
- create duplicate, circular, collusive, misleading or fabricated referrals;
- use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden redirects, automated traffic, spam or deceptive advertising;
- make false, misleading or unauthorised claims about FWO, its products, pricing, commissions or expected earnings;
- bid on, register or misuse FWO names, trademarks, domains or confusingly similar terms without written approval;
- offer unauthorised rebates, incentives or discounts; or
- breach applicable law, privacy requirements or advertising rules.
FWO may investigate suspicious activity, withhold or reverse affected commissions, reject referrals, suspend an account or terminate participation.
7. Pending commissions, refunds and reversals
A commission remains pending for at least 45 days before it becomes payable. This period allows time for refunds, reversals, chargebacks, disputes and fraud review.
If an Eligible Purchase is refunded, reversed, charged back, disputed, cancelled or found to be invalid, the associated commission may be cancelled, reduced, withheld or recovered from future payouts. Duplicate commissions may also be reversed.
8. Payouts
Rewardful tracks commissions, but FWO pays approved commissions via PayPal using the payment details recorded for the Affiliate. Approved commissions become payable after the 45-day holding period described above. At the effective date, the campaign has no minimum payout threshold. An Affiliate must maintain accurate payment, identity and tax information. FWO is not responsible for delay caused by missing, inaccurate or unsupported payout details or by payment-provider review.9. Tax
The Affiliate is responsible for their own tax, reporting and registration obligations. Referral Fees are exclusive of GST unless GST is legally applicable and the Affiliate has provided the information reasonably required by FWO. The Affiliate must provide any valid tax invoice or other documentation required by law or reasonably requested for payment administration.
10. Promotion and intellectual property
The Affiliate must promote FWO honestly, professionally and with reasonable care. FWO names, logos, creative assets and other intellectual property may be used only for the program and in accordance with FWO's current written brand or campaign instructions. Material created by an Affiliate using FWO branding requires prior written approval where requested by FWO.
The Affiliate must not give warranties, guarantees or representations on FWO's behalf or suggest that the Affiliate is an employee, partner or authorised representative of FWO.
11. Confidentiality and privacy
Each party must protect confidential information received through the program and use it only for program purposes. The Affiliate must handle personal information lawfully and must not collect, disclose or use referral or customer information beyond what is necessary and authorised.
12. Termination
Either party may end participation by giving 30 days' written notice. FWO may suspend or terminate participation immediately for fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, material breach, reputational harm, security risk or conduct that interferes with FWO, its customers or other affiliates.
After termination, the Affiliate must stop using FWO affiliate links, branding and program materials. No commission is earned on purchases made after termination. Valid commissions already approved and payable remain payable, subject to refunds, reversals, chargebacks, fraud review and these Terms.
13. Program changes
FWO may change the program or these Terms prospectively by publishing updated terms or giving reasonable notice. Changes may include eligible products, attribution rules, commission rates, holding periods and payout processes. A change does not remove a commission already approved and payable, except where a refund, reversal, chargeback, duplicate payment, fraud or error applies. Continued participation after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, FWO excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, tracking interruptions, browser or cookie restrictions, third-party service failure or unauthorised representations made by an Affiliate. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. General
The Affiliate may not assign or subcontract participation without FWO's prior written consent. If part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia.
